Hint #3: Faster Data Entry
Tab thru the data blocks, enter first letter of word you want from pull down menu; if two or more words start with same letter hit same letter key multiple times until entry you want appears - example - hit 'T' once in Home Type and Two Story appears, enter 'T' again and Townhome appears.
